Starting a program is a two step process. First, you will need to register online with us, which is free! Upon registration, you’ll have access to all the resources you need for step two: designing your program. These resources include documents to help you establish the framework, understand and prevent any liability issues, determine funding sources, and connect with your state advocate.

Now that your program is established, it’s time to make it active. In this section, you’ll find resources to guide you in recruiting and retaining volunteers, determining what activities your volunteers can perform, building partnerships, advertising your program in the community, and studying successful examples of other programs which you can emulate.
